All-Stainless Chef's Knives

The All-Stainless Chef’s Knife, sometime referred to as the French Knife or Cook’s Knife is typically 8- to 14-inches long. It is an all-purpose knife used for chopping, slicing and mincing. The tapered blade curves up at the tip to facilitate the rocking motion that is used when chopping and mincing.

Held to the same Old World standards, Viking All-Stainless knives are also handmade in Germany. Fully forged for sturdiness and perfect balance, each piece of all-stainless steel cutlery is ice-hardened to increase durability and retain sharpness.
