The design office Fiedeler + Raasch, located in Wiesbaden, was founded in 1996. Since 2002 it has been operating under the name Heinrich Fiedeler industrial design. Michael Raasch works as Head of Product Development and Marketing Communication for LSG Sky Chefs.

A main objective of the designers is to let emerging innovative ideas flow into new products and interior design.
This applies not to function alone, new materials are often researched, modern production methods are absorbed and products redefined in form and content. Social functions are included in the design of successful products since, as media, they bear meaning and emotion.
