Search Help

Brand Search / Price Search
You can search brands from a-z, z-a or by price low to high or high to low. Use the “Shop By” drop down at the top right side of each page within each department to list the products alphabetically starting at ‘A’ or ‘Z’ or by price starting at the lowest or the highest.

Keyword Search
Our Keyword Search allows you to search our extensive list of products simply by typing into the search bar, located at the top left hand corner of each page, words that explain what you are looking for. For example, if you type “food processor,” your search results will list all the food processors we offer. If you’re looking for nonstick cookware, type "nonstick" to view our line of nonstick items.

Department Search
Our products are conveniently categorized into Departments, listed on the left hand side of the pages. If you are searching for a pan, but you’re not sure what kind to buy, browse through our Cooking department. Or, if you are thinking about grilling outdoors, you can search through our complete Outdoor Cooking department. Each department is listed on the left-hand side of our home page and each of the department pages also.

Checkout Process

Here are some tips to ensure that your shopping experience at Parker’s Pantry and parkerspantry.com is easy and pleasant:
  1. When you want to buy an item, click on the "add to cart" button. This places the item in an electronic shopping cart.
  2. After you've finished shopping, select "Checkout" from the shopping cart page.
  3. In Checkout, we will ask you for your name, billing address, credit card number and shipping address. If you have concerns about submitting your credit card information online, please read our secure ordering policy. We will also ask you if you would like the item gift-wrapped, and how you would like it shipped.
  4. Then, you'll be shown the total amount of your order, including sales tax (MI shipments only) and shipping charges. If the information is correct, click "Submit Order." If any of the shipping or payment information is incorrect, you can go back and adjust information on previous pages. You can also cancel the order at this point.
  5. Once you have looked everything over, click on "Place Your Order" and a page will appear that confirms your order. We will also confirm your order via e-mail within 24 hours.
  6. When your order is complete and shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Payment Options
Credit Cards
Parker’s Pantry and parkerspantry.com accepts the following credit cards for online purchases:

The total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is approved. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.

Sales Tax

Shipping Information

Our shipping and processing rates cover the expenses incured in processing your order, packing the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead. Standard rates are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address as detailed below.

  • Up to $25.00 Standard shipping is $6.99
  • $25.01 - $50.00 Standard shipping is $9.99
  • $50.01 - $100.00 Standard shipping is $11.99
  • $100.01 - $150.00 Standard shipping is $14.99
  • Over $150.01 Standard shipping is 10% of the total merchandise.
  • Over $500.00 Standard shipping is 8% of the total merchandise.

STANDARD

  • Delivery within 3-5 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Add $7.50 for each order delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.

THREE-DAY SELECT

  • Expected delivery is 3 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Add $20.00 to standard delivery and processing costs.
  • Not available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO addresses.
  • Not available for heavy items or items delivered directly from the manufacturer.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.

SECOND-DAY

  • Expected delivery is 2 business days after your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Add $30.00 to standard delivery and processing costs.
  • Not available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO addresses.
  • Not available for heavy items or items delivered directly from the manufacturer.
  • Weekend delivery is not available.

NEXT-DAY

  • Contact customer service for rates and availability.
  • Expected delivery the next business day after your order leaves our warehouse.
  • Not available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, PO boxes, or APO addresses.

Delivery Charges
